Introduction to the basic principles of Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga as well as the three primary mind-body constitutions: vata, pitta, and kapha. Learn the make-up of your personal mind-body constitution, how it can become unbalanced, and start to learn ways to bring balance back.
Class 2: Nutrition, Digestion, + Listening
Learn how to select and use the most nourishing foods for your mind-body constitution, and explore the intuitive principle of listening. These nutritional practices will help you maintain vibrant health and optimize digestion.
Class 3: Emotional Freedom
Learn tools to practice conscious communication to enhance your relationships and help you achieve emotional freedom. Learn techniques to experience emotional releasing.
Class 4: Inner Pharmacy + Energetics
