Yoga Classes
My yoga classes are centered on the definition of Yoga: to yoke. Using yoga, we yoke—or connect—our mind, body, and spirit. Each class is considered a "practice" of this. As the teacher, I create the space and some guidance—but this is about you and your practice. You can follow exactly along, do whatever you feel, or anything in between. I practice Christ-Centered Yoga, which means I acknowledge Him as the ultimate Healer—the source of light and love, which flows through us as we connect to our breath and our bodies.

About Me
I studied theatre and expressive arts at Brigham Young University, and received my 200hr Yoga Teaching Certification with Syl Carson at Bodhi Yoga. I received further training in Restorative Partner Yoga with Syl, and love learning more wherever and whenever I can. I've taught theatre and expressive arts since 2006, and yoga since 2012.
Most recently, I taught at YogaCentral in Valdosta, Georgia, one of the top 10 yoga studios in Georgia. My family and I moved to Northwest Arkansas and are excited to join in the community here.
I always want to be learning and exploring, creating and collaborating, so it seems that my class style and focus is constantly evolving. I love to teach gentle, flow, yin, meditative, restorative, chakra, and intuitive movement yoga.
